A few things worth knowing before you get started.

PetsApp is a free download – just use the App Store or Google Play links on this page. Search for ScotVet once you’re in and you’re good to go.

Yes, completely free for clients. There’s no charge to message us or receive reminders through PetsApp.

Our own team – the same people you’d speak to if you called or came in. Messages are picked up by our receptionists and nursing team during opening hours.

PetsApp is brilliant for routine communication – but if your pet needs urgent attention, please call us directly or, outside of opening hours, contact Vets Now on 0141 332 3212. Some situations need to be handled in person without delay.

If you’re already registered with us, our team can pick up your pet’s history and give you the most accurate advice. If you’re new to ScotVet, we’d love to hear from you – just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
